dishonest and victimization

I had an account, and failed to pay it due to financial difficulty. now my account is paid up through, their legal, but is not being updated at credit bureaus.

when i call customer care and explain, they hang the phone, when i write emails, no response.

no one want to assist me and now i cant go forward with life.
