dishonest

Hi, I have a problem with Homechoice. I am a sales agent for Homechoice. The condition is : you recruit people to place order then you get commission should the order being processed. last year December i have recruited three customers. out of three i got commission for one customer. other one received several calls that she must provide the address whereas the address is in the order form, she end up giving up because she was getting calls everyday. The last one received sms that she does not qualify due to her credit profile, within a week she received a call that the order is approved. I am wondering that does it really make sense that someone ` s credit can be improved within a week. Anyway i was happy because i will get commission.The order has been delivered but i didnt get commission. I have send an email to enquire about it , the respond was that the order failed so i cant get commission. I m not happy because i am the one who convinced the customer to buy now someone got commission of my hard work.

I want what is due to me. i have signed the contract with them as an agent.
