Disgustingly bad service

Terrible service. No response to emails mails. No answer on customer service numbers. My account was paid up in full by the 12th of April but I still have a balance of R2000. I only owed R1800 but paid more than I should. Useless bunch of nitwits. I've requested this account closed and a paid up letter. No response. Worst service ever and a ****** *******
