Disgusting & zero customer service

Appalling customer service, consultants have zero telephone etiquette. Very unprofessional. They just randomly hang up in the middle of a conversation and don't bother to call back. Speak to customers how they want. Ask you the same questions a million times. Very sarcastic & cheeky. Refuse to disclose their identity when asked. Sandiswa (if that's even her real name) from the processing department apparently takes the cup. Disgustingly & sickening rude. Clearly home choice doesn't value their clients and the revenue they bring since they haven't bothered to train their staff, or they are also on the cheap labor boat and hire anything.
