Disgusting Services / False Promises

On the 12th December a friend of mine ordered something from Homechoice, noting that there was a HUGE note on Homechoice's website saying "Order before the 16th December and receive your goods before Christmas". The Order that was placed is still being processed from the 12th December to 20th December. When we phoned to query we were told that we need to remember there is a 14 day turn around time. Why put on your system that if you place your order before the 16th December that you will get the parcel before Christmas? When clearly this is not the case!!!! I think Homechoice makes false promised that they cannot keep only to put people further into debt with them!!!! Even if the item is dispatched today how can we be sure it will reach us in time, considering this is coming from CT. I think this is shocking service! If we receive a response and / or phone call they can speak to Gloria who is actually the account holder.
