Disgusting service

So I logged a dispute for my refund first they couldn't see my payment was asked to send through proof of payment did just that even after I have received an sms thanking me for paying and then they couldn't see my debit order which was debited by them was asked to send bank stamens did just that after all this back and forth my refund was logged u still yet has to wait for my own money received an sms last week advising I'll receive my refund within 48hrs I wonder how long is 48 hrs in their books yet they still have the nerve of calling me everyday to order wow and when I tell them about my refund either they hang up or I'm.advised they will escalate and someone will call me and I wait everyday worst service ever
