Disgusting delivery service

I would wish not to give a star at all. they do not deserve it. you already have so many bad reviews a negative publicity yet you continue with the record setting as if you are aiming for an award on it.

I AM COMPLETELY DISGUSTED AT THIS, unfortunately cannot conceal the feeling I've tried the first time and the second I am way FLABERGASTED

I have ordered one time an order which I had to collect on my own in three parts. from one clicks to another which I cannot understand why could it not be collected put into one parcel and one collection center-( that would eliminate in my view having to stroll up and down by a customer and ensuring that the order is received by a customer in good condition. Precisely you do not wish your customers to find joy). after receiving a message that my order was ready for me to collect at a certain place which I went and was told the other place is closed- being on a sunday( I was not made aware). I gathered my patients the following day to go and collect the outstanding items. The pain was more twisted and salt in the wound was poured. I wanted to scream at my loudest voice.

would you consider the fact that I had to make 3 trips in which at a cost of R1000.00 extra as I had to find a transport. why do I need to suffer as your customer when I can get these things somewhere else and delivered to me?

I need reimbur*****t on all 3 trips.
