Disgusting customer service
I’ve just spoken to a customer service representative who was UNWILLING to help me with getting a prescription letter because letter. He even went as far as saying “Ma’am, there is no such terminology as prescription in business. A prescription is something you only get from the doctor. “. He was absolutely clueless. I had to beg him to pull up my account details on his end. I asked for his name and he would not give me his name.

I asked him so many times if he wouldn’t rather find out more information instead of implying that I don’t know what I was talking about. Please have a listen to the call because I even told him that his tone was definitely not of someone who was trying to assist a customer. He never apologised. Instead he said I was being unprofessional. I’m not the one being paid by Homechoice as a customer service representative. What ever happened to Treating Customers Fairly?
Never in my life have I ever been undermined like that.
