Disgusting company named Home choice

My account was sold to nimble group and I fully settled it and received the paid up letter. I emailed the letter to hrrecoveries1 but nothing has been cleared off my dashboard. It's been months now. I am tired of the whole thing and now should I not get a response by Monday I am taking this to my attorney to take over
