disgusted with the service from homechoice

i purchased a couch cover set a year ago...i sent this to the post office as per homechoice this parcel was lying at the post opffice for almost 8 months everytime i contacted homechoice i was told that they still did not receive the parcel.i went back to the post office only to find out that homechoice refused to sign for the parcel because the invoice was not in the box.I then took the parcel back and called homechoice again only for them to be rude to me...i have email trails of me asking for a physical address to send this bac****!!!now i am sitting with a sealed box of couch covers i do not need and my name listed as a default with the credit bereau. Such disgusting poor service from homechoice....
