Disgusted with service

I ordered a fold up camping washing line from Homechoice. Somehow their website duplicated the order, but one order as a cash order, and the second order as a 12 month instalment order. I received a phone call from them confirming all my details as well as my banking details so that I could pay for my order when I got paid. Somehow their stupid system cancelled the cash order which as far as I am concerned is the order that I was receiving.

I received the order and the once off payment went off my account as it was supposed to. Now I keep getting statements saying I owe them money. I have had emails going back and forth between myself and Busisiwe regarding this matter. Apparently the payment went into the cash account, now they say they will transfer the payment from the cash account to the 12 month installment account and I must pay an extra R117 for an order that that was paid in full to begin with.

I will never order another product nor recommend them to anyone as they are just trying to ***** more money from their customers.
