Disgusted by your customer service agents

Serious pathetic service, the service desk agents answer their calls and put their earphones on the tables. I could could hear how they love and scream. Is this how paying customers get treated. Homechoice you should be ashamed. I'm not rec eiving any joy with a order i placed on the 28th of August 2023. 28/08/***79 Packed
