Disgusted by HomeChoice service

I would like to lay a complaint against HomeChoice. I bought a Piano in February (after being pestered by them since December to buy something) and it was supposed to come with a free piano stand. When they delivered there was no stand. I called the call centre to enquire about it, I get a response that I must go make an affidavit stating that I didn't receive the stand. I was pestered and harassed to order something, I did. Someone didn't put a stand or deliver it and I MUST GO STAND IN THE LONG POLICE QUEUE and make an affidavit when someone there didn't do their job? I wrote them an e-mail asking the procedure to return the item as they didn't keep their promise, I was responded to immediately by Tabita saying a gift request has been logged I don't have to send any affidavit. The thing was supposedly ordered on 25 February but even to date there's no sign that it will be delivered anytime soon. Their website says orders are delivered within 5-10 days and today is day 11, the status of the order is still stating "Processing". I swear if I can order something today by tomorrow it will be delivered but because this is a free stand, it takes years with no explanation from them. I called them around 6 March and I was told that it takes up to 14 days but their site says otherwise. I will never EVER buy anything from HomeChoice, I'm just enough with their service. Talita and Monique are not even responding to my e-mails anymore, they just look and ignore because I'm "that one that always complain". I'm super tired of always have to complain about things I pay my hard earned money for. I regret ever ordering anything from HomeChoice.
