I placed an order on the 24/11/2018 and until today the 21/12/2018 i still did not receive my order, i tried calling finding out what is going on ,the lady by the name of Lindiwe hang up on me as I was asking her to help me track my parcel by just letting me which courier they are using so that I can fetch my parcel from them. none of the consultants could tell me why i did not receive my order. later on, I was told that my parcel was returned back to their warehouse without any attempt to call me or deliver my order. I am so disappointed with Homechoice with such poor service .
