Disgusted.

Placed a order that is due to take 2 weeks for delivery. 3 weeks later i receive my stove today without any cables attached. I called the call centre and they have logged a complaint with Defy but it will take 7 to 14 working days for them to come out and ACCESS the stove. Then only will they decide if they will replace or attach cables. I suppose in case of replacing it will take another 3 weeks. In the mean time they still expect me to pay for a stove i cannot use because of them. Attitude in the call centre sucks and they purely refuse to reply on the fact that i will not pay a instalment until this is sorted. One VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.
