Disgrace

I purchased a bed through home choice. My queen size bed was made to accommodate 120kg's per person with a 1 year guarantee and a 9 year warranty. I am single and weigh under 80kg's. Within 9 months the beds springs were popping out and the bed has collapsed on all 4 sides. I was advised initially to turn the mattress around. I logged a call with HomeChoice to return the bed IN JULY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 4 MONTHS AGO..... I phone several times per week and the only response I receive... I will escalate your call. Disgraceful!
