Discussed and disappointed level of service and incorrect communication and actions taken
I have made a credit application with Home Choice in 2019 and upon my application I was asked to send through my bank statement, identity copy and latest payslip which I did sent through, I was also contact by home choice before receiving delivery of my Defy microwave to also advise me on my monthly payment and also advising me on my debit order date, a 2 months later I received a call to advise me hat my debit did not go off as planned, I was surprised so I called Home choice and I was told it my a mistake on their side, some months later the same incident happened and this time I was told to go to the bank and make a manual payment which I did not do and I told the consultant I agreed on a debit order and it was clearly stated on their recording, last week I was called by NRB Risk Solutions to advise my account has now been handed over to them and interest has been added to it, I don not understand why I am liable to pay interest when this was not at all my fault and my credit is now affected by this, and I am being pressured to settle this account which is really unfair, and I was told by several consultants and supervisors at Home choice that they will have this resolved and investigate and get back to me which never happened I am discussed with the level of service and communications from Home choice, had I know this was going to be the outcome I would have never app**** for credit. Please can this be resolved as my credit is affect by this and this matter has now reached a legal step with no notice to me and the consultant from NRB Risk Solutions whom is currently in contact with me everyday is Nicole Vanheerden. Please assist.
