Disappointing service 😑😒

Such a dissapointing service I received an sms that my debit order will not be going off I need to make a manual payment I did exactly that but to my surprise the following day I was debit have been requesting for someone to call me back as I want my refund but no one has called but they call you everyday 4 times a day if they want you to order some of us work on budget how am isuppose to do my other things when you've taken my money. I am so disappointed don't think I will ever order from you guys
