Disappointing Homechoice

I have been waiting for someone / anyone from home choice to come back to me regarding an ongoing query but no luck. Their call centre disconnects the minute you make a selection. You better pray to your lucky starts that you don't make a debit in my account as I have not received my order till today.

I have sent emails (contact@homechoice) no one has bothered to come back to me. Yesterday I spoke to a Matthew Blela who promised that someone will come back to me by the end of the day...still waiting.
