Disappointed first time customer

I am writing this email with the hopes that Homechoice can I just bought a house and beds for my rooms. I order 3 z duvet sets that. To my understanding a duvet set is a duvet with 2 pillow cases, I had no idea it meant duvet covers.

I called the call centre to return the items, which I paid cash for. I got through to about 6 agents before I was able to speak to someone decent to process the return. The previous agents had no customer service. One told me I was wrong for about my understanding. Another cut the call, another refused to authenticate my call because I gave my calling name when I called, she put me on hold and left me to hold for nothing. 2 pple answered the call and refused to speak.

You guys sell such expensive items yet it's clear url employ cheap labor. All I want is my money back.

I looked forward for so long to purchase from them and it was just a huge huge disappointment.
