Disappointed!!!

This company is a disappointment, a month after a complaint still no solution to my issue. My credit report came with a dent because of their negligence. I wish I never reactivated this account with them. Never allow them to do debit orders on your account as they will never take the correct amount and they end up saying your account is in arrears all because of their errors. Furthermore their consultants don't know anything they keep referring you to people who also do not have any clue of what they are doing. ANNOYED !!!!
