Disappointed

Am extremely disappointed with homechoice i bought a baby mink blanket.They sent me a ugly supersoft blanket with poor quality .I returned it yes courier fetched it.My problem is whole process that takes 2-3weeks for me to be able to order my due date is next week.I don't have a blanket they telling me about crediting my account i dont know which one because i bought cash y must i re order again they can just bring right order.I must know buy a blanket cause the one i paid for will arrive in march
