Disappointed

since 2019 September I had lodged in a complaint about the bed that was broken . nothing was done, instead I was told that on the system it reflect as collected. when I explained what had happened I was told that I should send pictures I sent pictures still nothing happened. I am now paying for a broken bed which home choice does not want to assist in either repairing or advising what to do.

I do not see myself buying any furniture from this shop.
