Disappointed
Very disappointed with the service at Homechoice after all the years I've been their client. I called in to place an order over a week ago and I'm annoyed to say the list. I will not deal with them again. Their agents are very quick to call when they want you to buy stuff and to thank you for paying but when it comes to complaints no one is willing to assist and give proper feedback

12 Oct 2020, 18:26I'm past waiting for a call. I called in today. Call ref ***5 and only then was I advised that the courier company returned my parcel to homechoice. I specifically requested the lady that took my order to confirm the delivery address and she gave me an attitude as if she would pay for it. I need this sorted out as soon as possible. All I want is good customer service. Period!!! The guy that called me last week should have had this sorted out already. This is very unnecessary
