Delivery ****

I purchased 2 things online on the 2nd of August. Weeks later I get am sms that my parcel was delivered. There was no parcel that was delivered. I called, I emailed twice. I was told on the phone that matter will be escalated, this was on the 15th of August.

I want my parcel, Home Choice. Your ******** tendencies are making me sick. Also, your call centre ladies have the most disgusting attitude ever!
