Delivery never made

I made an application early January with Homechoice on a product, the application was approved. I waited and inquired but the product I app**** for never arrived. I patiently waited for approximately 4 months for the parcel to arrive but it never arrived. I made a decision to cancel the purchase and I was told the cancellation was successful. They haven’t canceled the agreement, they keep debiting my account even after blocking them access, I reversed my money in all those occasions but they made it a point that arrears are added to the account and submit a bad credit report on my name and all this is resulting in my name being in bad faith, dropping my credit score. I am left with no options, please help.
