Delivery

Hi, I'm so disappointed with Homechoice, I order 2x 4pc of Apollo pot set which come out with free mittens set for each set, meaning I had to receive 2x 2pair of mittens but I only receive one pair. I query the other pair and they agree that they will send it to me. what disappointing is that they don't want to send it to my work address with a use as my delivery address, they said they going to send it to the post office, and I believe they only what to use post office because is cheap but by my side as a customer it doesn't sued me, as I still have to spend another money and time to go to post office plus on top of the delivery charges that I pay already. it is really not fair at all.it is not my mistakes but they need me to cover it. all I want is them to deliver my mittens to my work address not post office I don't have time to go to post office.
