Deliver order to wrong address and 2nd one is missing
I order a bed from homechoice on the 6 April 2024, with the bed i received 2 free pillows, on the 19 April i received only the free pillows.. after so many phonecalls, 3rd May phone again to tell me they deliver the bed to wrong home,2 houses from my house..the will investigate.. everyday we phone, 16 May they sent new bed,well today they told me the second bed is also missing with the courier... what the hell is going on.. they will sent an new one... I cant understand how they do deliveriies to the wrong address and second one go missing... it is 21 May after a month and half i still not receiving the bed and i must pay my account every month for something i never received... and city logistics is also not really helping after we phone everyday.... homechoice you really disappoint me.... my other orders was on time with every delivery.... but with my last one .. i cant describe how mad and disappinted i am...
