Delay of credit proifle update

I am writing this review with utter dissapointment and dismay.I have been emailing back forth Homechoice ,battling to update their records on my credit profile.They insist it has been done and the issue is with the credit bureau ,but I find it hard to believe.Another credit provider which I has a simi**** issue ,were able to do it in a couple of days? What cant Homechoice do the same? I need my issue resolved as it is impacting my credit profile.Homechoice needs to update and close my accounts on all the credit bureaus ASAP!!!
