Delay in resolving the dispute

I have requested to send a sworn affidavit with regard to someone who **********ly opened an account with my name at homechoice i did that and i got the confirmation of the receipt of my email Reference number is #733590 since then i have not heard anything from them when i give them a call the consultant don't give me a satisfactory answer.

There are things that i need to do in my life but this account is preventing me to achieve it because it is on arrears which is not my fault.

It will be appreciated if you can resolve this matter as soon as possible so that i can continue with my life
