Delay in dispatching orders really frustrating

I would like to know the hold up to an order placed on the 17th (second attempt), as it still shoes "processing order". I first placed the order on the 12th, had to cancel because of the delay even after calling and being told the item purchased was in stock, i attempted placing the order gain on the 17th, this time i spoke to an agent thinking doing it by myself is whats causing the delay, but surprisingly i still get no response, please note we place orders because we need the items and the delay time aint helping
