Deeply disappointed

I am very disappointed at a service that you have given to my mother who bought defy stove that comes with free pots worth r1200 (sovereign seven peace cook wear set) am doing this because she is old but as for her she is paying every month n those pots were not available few months still advertised on the new catalog for December.,meaning they are liers selling false things but not delivering
