Debt I know nothing about and nothing has been done till today

I'm really not happy you and not done business with you ever in my life. I have lodged a query with you in 10 April regarding someone opening up a account using my details Natasha Har**** emailed me back and ask me to do ak affidavid and send it to them which I did and no response from this woman. Not I see when I'm checking my credit status with my bank I'm still in 8 months arrears for this nonsense. I have been following up with this Natasha Har**** and Still no response.

Just sort this out. Below is my 1 of my communications with this woman.
