Debit order ****

Just went through my messages, something alarming came up.... Checked all my messages from homechoice only to find out that I am paying r200 to my account but r438 has been debited by homechoice, and my remaining balances are not constant, called homechoice only to be told its the company's policy there is nothing that will be done Those are service fees, service fees of r250?? The agent says I was told when i opened the account, she is lying no one told me that each n every month there will be a total of r250 of charges added to my account, I ran out of airtime then they called back i asked to be referred to someone who speaks IsiZulu, the phone just went silent.... I was going to ask for a record where i have agreed to those fees
