I am not happy with your courier Dpd laser I haven't received my parcel PFS***4 I tracked my order from Thursday it was out on delivery but it never arrived because of bad weather then on Friday it was out on delivery again when I track my parcel around 18:00 it was delivered 15 minutes ago to Thebeka of which I don't know I called the guy same time he said he made a mistake he will fix it tomorrow I waited from Saturday but nothing the guy arrived last night around 18:00 it was raining that time and dark there was loadshedding he did not want to talk to me he just left an opened parcel by my gate and drove off the parcel details are hidden with a white sticker I couldn't see whether it's mine or not until I took out invoice that's when I found out that parcel belong to someone and it is not the blankets that I ordered even the size.
