Why do you charge people different prices on your statements? I ordered blankets and my initial agreement is to pay R114 each month for 12 months but after receiving the goods I received a statement showing I have to go R151 now, I am confused and frustrated. Where's transparency, honesty and integrity? Why misrepresentation of and misleading information?
