My name isBoitumelo, I had the worst service ever with Homechoice. I ordered 2 blankets and 2 quilts set in September which were delivered within 7days and 1 of the quilt set was the incorrect then the following day I’ve returned it via post on the 13Sep 2018, I informed them via email and telephone that I have returned the quilts set and I continue paying my other items. Now I’m told that I’m supposed to pay money for that quilt that I don’t have and when I call them back I’m told the parcel is still at their post office, until then I’m supposed to pay.
