DAMAGED GOODS

A few weeks ago my nephew ordered a 21 piece comforter set from Homechoice, upon receiving his goods yesterday he discovered the comforter set was torn, he immediatley contacted the customer care centre & was told that he must return the ENTIRE 21 piece set at HIS cost & they will replace it within one month. Is this really the customer service that we get? We did not damage the goods, so why should we bear the cost? Does Homechoice not have a quality control department that checks the goods before sending it out, and the Inconvenience that it causes us. I want the goods picked up from us AT their cost & replaced withing 7 days. My nephew Mr Zainodeen Beg can be contacted on ********** .
