DAMAGED BED COMPLAIN

I would like to complain about a Queen bed that I bought last year September ,the Springs are all damaged and it is used by my Sons who are 19 and 15 years .I would like for it to be replaced I sent a complain to Home Choice on the 26th April 2021 and was asked to send pictures showing the bed ,I sent them on the 29th April and they said they will send their supplier to come and check the bed but no one came till today and it is totally unacceptable and need to be assisted urgently
