Damage fridge sold to us

I bought a fridge hisense homechoice it was delivered in 7days when we open the box its was damage we took pics nd went to the shop in wynberg that same moments nd then it was story after story with no feedback toward us that was the 10 of January its still here with us after so many complaints nd pics we have been a loyal customers to homechoice we send so many emails to them nd whatsapps with pics nd calls so many times by the shop fridge is still with us today is the 17 of febaury 2023 what are we todo they just dnt care
