Customer who ordered mink blankets and paid cash but still no blankets have been delivered.

I am Ongeziwe Zide, I ordered mink blankets from homechoice and paid cash mid April 2021. Now it is mid May 2021 bt still I have not received my parcel. My mom aunt ordered round about da same time as I did bt got her parcel within a week because she will pay in installments. I am sick and tired of being given a run around by Homechoice and their courier company Fast n Furious. I have been wasting my time and airtime calling both these companies yet I am not being served. Nw I want my refund amounting to R2205. 90 asap.
