Customer service to be improved

I recently purchased a hisense twin tub washing machine only to find out I'm not happy with it and have not used it. I contacted homechoice to organize for the appliance to be picked up but the service is too slow because they didn't inform me yet of when will they pick it up. I believe they just delaying on purpose.
