Customer Service stinks

I have been on a call for 40 min and i am being told they dont know where my parcel is and i cant speak to a manager because of the 3rd wave. The girl i spoke to her name is Ntombi. Completely useless. She speaks over my and tells me her manager is in a meeting. This is now the 3rd time i am complaining about Homechoice and funny enough they never call back.
