Customer service is pathetic and my order still hasn't been delivered

I placed an order on the 14th December 2020. I wanted to cancel one item on the my order and your stupid customer agent cancelled my whole order. I then I called again and asked them about it ,the then placed an manually order. Which I told your customer service agent that the fault lies on your side and you need to make sure my order gets super to me before Christmas. Your customer service agents are pathetic and rude ! It's been close to 20 days that I'm waiting fo order to be delivered . What actually bull**** is this.

There's no managers I can speak to or complain about your service !
