Customer delight factor at -100%
I wish I could rate 0 star! I am an account customer recently I purchased for the first time on your online page.
Every no and then I get a call from your team asking if I am interested in buying more stock from you guys, when I say no they drop the phone on you!
This makes me as a customer feel useless and pathetic! your phone operators have absolute pathetic service to drop the phone in your ear!
I will NEVER EVER!!! buy from you again! I will also NEVER EVER!!! recommend your brand to any of my friends or family.
I cant believe that if you are already paying for goods and not wanting more this happens every now and again......
