I logged an inquiry with this stupid company for a refund of my postage where i had to return a parcel because i ordered one thing and i received another. I was advised that as long as i send the proof of payment i will be refunded my postage payment. I did that but nothing happened. I called HC a few times but was taken from pillar to post. I logged my request on Jan 31st till today have not received my refund.

I also logged the same request for the free gift i was supposed to receive with my order. There was a Ramona laundry bag with a markup of buy 2 get the third, i bought 2 but only received the 2. What happened to the 3rd and free one!!

I am so tired of ******. I am expected to pay my instalments but i wont be paid my postage money back and my laundry bag hasnt been sent to me. Every minute of my day i am being called by some collection agent from some part of the country. Can't you see that i want what's mine and you will then get what is yours.

You guys make me sick for real!! Just a bunch of ******!!

Stop calling me and give me my money and laundry bag first. I paid R225 to post a parcel for which it wasn't my fault, i was deceived into ordering one thing meanwhile it was another. I am livid!!!
