Credit report

I paid up my acc a year ago but it has not been updated on my credit profile, so a year later I can't buy anything on credit because of them. I called the call centre the consultant is not even willing to understand me she is busy telling me that it's updated yet on their website it still shows that I owe R0.72 which is due end of March. This company is ruining my life. I am done with it.
