CREDIT PROFILE DOWN THE DRAIN

So earlier this year I went onto the Homechoice website to see what they are selling. Before I know it a delivery person calls me to say he is delivering my package which I never confirmed.

With having to complain on Hellopeter eventually my issued was resolved.

And now the frustrating thing is that my account has been cleared but then everytime i go into my credit profile there is homechoice as an understanding credit or loan and that frustated the hell out of me. I feel like this is dragging my name down the drain.

When i called homechoice they told me this will stay there forever as thats how they operate. I tend to disagree cause if other creditors can clear my name once the debt has been fully paid.

I need this removed off my credit profile.
