Credit enquiry

I received an email for my credit report stating there was a credit enquiry done on my profile by homechoice on the 18th October 2022.

I have never done a credit application with this company so I don't understand why they would do a credit enquiry without my consent. this is affecting my credit score negatively.

I wish these companies could realise the damage they are causing in people's.
