Credit collections
The worst company to have credit with they call you 5 times in a month even when you are a good paying customer, you make it clear with them when your pay date is but still call you before that time, i called customer service to log a complaint still no feedback till today still receiving those ridiculous calls, i will never buy from homechoice ever again. They need to invest their time and airtime in calling customers who aren't paying well not customers who have never missed a single payment. Ridiculous

26 Jul 2021, 13:49I hope this gets looked into its really annoying and when you try to express your views the collection team hangs up the phone, the lady i spoke to on the 23rd July just hung up on me and had the nerve to call me again today 26 July and says to me are you going to answer me, not forgetting to mention that i already paid for this month, paid more than my monthly installment.. Learn your customers
